Create a task to keep track of everything that needs to get done.
Anyone can create a task. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Tasks tab on My Jugl or the relevant group page
  2. Tap on the “+” button in the top right of the screen
  3. Enter the task details such as the name and due date
  4. Select the relevant group if your task is related to a specific group (note: some groups may not allow all users to create tasks)
  5. If related to a group, you can then assign the task to the right people in the group. You can also leave a group task “open” which means it will appear in every group members list as an open task that they can elect to pick up (note: if the task is not related to a group, you will not see this option and the task will be assigned to you once created).
  6. Tap the “Save” button
  7. Anyone assigned a task will receive a notification that they have been assigned a task by you.

Success. Your task has been created.
