During the Beta testing period Jugl is not fully a fledged mobile app, it is in fact just a webpage that has been designed to look and act like a mobile app. So if you want to get a short cut on your phone’s home screen so you can easily access Jugl, you need to do the following
Iphone Users:
- Open Safari
- Go to jugl.co.nz
- Click the “share” icon (it’s the square with the arrow at the bottom on the screen)
- Scroll the grey icon right until you see “Add to Home screen.
- Click that and you’re done.
Android users:
- Open your internet browser (usually Chrome, Internet or Firefox).
- Go to jugl.co.nz
- Press the Menu button usually three dots at the top-right corner of the screen)
- Tap Add to Home Screen
- Confirm the name for the icon, then tap Add
- Your shortcut should now appear on your home screen
